RETURNS
Returns within 15 days from
receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at DividerRounder.com.s
discretion. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, undamaged
and unused.
DividerRounder.com accepts returns on merchandise within 15 days from
receipt of order. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned
items unless there was an error on our part. Please note: we subsidize
shipping for products out of Ontario if you are returning for a refund,
then the actual cost for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All
shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper.
No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only the shipping cost for
incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by DividerRounder.com.
DividerRounder.com strongly
recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost
or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery
for your protection.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to DividerRounder.com
within 15 days of receipt, at DividerRounder.com discretion for: credit,
replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by DividerRounder.com
within 15 days from receipt, at DividerRounder.com discretion for credit
or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15(%)
percent restocking fee.
DAMAGED ITEMS (VERY
IMPORTANT)
If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original
box and packing it arrived in, notify DividerRounder.com immediately
to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
WARRANTY There is no warranty on these items as they are a consumable
product and DividerRounder.com can not control the handling of this
product.
Package Refusal We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return. For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).
